The shaped triangle shawl is knit from the center back neck down towards the center point in the back. Extra shaping is 'hidden' during the first lace section of the shawl. 

After the shawl is the desired length a lace edging is applied adding fullness at both side edges and at the center back point.  A picot bind off is added along the straight edge to finish the shawl.
