Beauty and the Bias Shawl Design by Wool You Order.     Beauty and the Bias is a garment that begins at one hand, is knit up to the neck, where some shaping is done to create lapels, and then is knit down to the other hand.  Bias shaping is accomplished by decreasing on one side and increasing  on the other in the same row.  The shaping is reversed after the neck slit is complete.
