Shaped Poncho and Less Fuss, More Flair Poncho

The ponchos in this pattern are knit in the round from the top down.  The cast on stitches at the neck edge are divided into 4 quadrants.  Increases are made before and after each quadrant marker.

For the less fuss, more flair poncho the increasing continues beyond the shoulder width to the desired length.
