Return/Exchange Policy

All Fiber Farm yarn purchases will be gladly exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase.  Patterns are not returnable.
Special order dyelots are non-refundable.  We are happy to issue a credit.  If you have questions about our policy, please do not hesitate to contact us at Fiber Farm Yarns.

Care of Fiber Farm Yarns

Our yarns are painted in small batches using acid based dyes which are set using steam.  Our colors are wash and light fast.  All our yarns may be washed in cool water with a mild detergent.  To dry, lay knit items flat.
